Refund Policy
Return window: Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and protective materials included. Personal care, hygiene, opened consumable, final sale, and customized items may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged on arrival.
To start a return, contact support@omniscale.co with your order number, email address, reason for return, and photos when applicable. Approved returns will receive instructions before the item is sent back. Items returned without authorization may be delayed or refused.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or approved by OMNISCALE LLC.
Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank and payment processor timelines may vary. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can evaluate a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Order cancellations may be requested before fulfillment begins. Once an order is processed, packed, or transferred to a shipping partner, it may no longer be cancellable.
